What is it?

This active compound discourages the accumulation of excess white blood cells in the joints, and is the subject of more than 30 scientific studies including 9 clinical trials.
The active compound was discovered 9 years ago in Denmark and is exclusive to Rose-Hip Vital® branded powder. Research indicates that the patented rosehip powder helps reduce joint pain and stiffness as well as improve flexibility and mobility. It is the same registered active compound found in the human version Rose-Hip Vital® called GOPO® .

Dosage and Administration
One level scoop (included) = 25 g
Feed 10 g per 100 kg of bodyweight for the first month then 5 g per 100 kg of bodyweight thereafter.

How does it work?
A certain proportion of white blood cells are involved in the inflammatory process by ‘cleaning’ inflamed joints. In large numbers these cells can release toxic free radicals which further damage the joints. The more inflamed the joint becomes, the more white blood cells are attracted to it.
A unique active compound is isolated during a patented drying process used in the manufacturing process of Rose-Hip Vital® branded powder. This compound stops excess white blood cells from gathering, thereby breaking the cycle of inflammation. The vitamin C and antioxidant combination in Rose-Hip Vital provide significant support to the immune system which helps discourage the destruction of joint cartilage as well as providing a wide range of health benefits.
The active compound found in Rose-Hip Vital® Equine actually discourages large numbers of white blood cells from accumulating in the joint and slows down the production of toxic free radicals. This helps to:

  • Protect cartilage from damage
  • Reduce joint pain and stiffness and increase mobility
  • Reduce the consumption of traditional pain killers
  • Improve general joint health and wellbeing.
